These are the details that help us give a useful quote for moving or junk removal.
Where the work happens
Pickup and drop-off addresses, stairs, elevators, parking, long carries, and access to the items can change the time needed.
Labor, travel & disposal
Crew size, distance, vehicle or trailer needs, packing or assembly, and disposal fees all depend on the job.

These planning references come from selected past jobs and quotes—not fixed rates, averages, or price caps. Your job may cost less or more. Send photos and details for your own written quote.
Small furniture transport
$200–$225A previous estimate for a small furniture transport job with travel from Hialeah. Useful for planning a similar request—not a minimum or a guaranteed price. Stairs, heavy items, distance, and extra stops can increase the quote.
Removal & cleanout examples
$550–$650Selected past removal and cleanout quotes fell within this band. This is not a per-load rate or the range for every pickup. A small pickup may cost less; dense debris, difficult access, or multiple loads can cost more.
Larger & multi-stop moves
$950–$1,800Past examples span a $950 three-person moving day with disposal and a $1,800 Cape Coral move quote. These were different jobs and distances—not a standard local-moving package. Smaller moves may cost less; larger or more complex moves can exceed this band.
Before booking, your written quote will identify the agreed work and applicable labor, travel, vehicle, disposal, and other charges. These examples do not automatically include every extra for a new job. Added items, stops, packing, assembly, stairs, special handling, or changed access require review; any price change is discussed before the additional work begins.

What should you send us?
For a move, send both ZIP codes, an item list, photos of large pieces, your floor numbers, and any elevator or parking restrictions. For junk removal, send photos of everything to be removed, where it sits, your ZIP code, and when you need pickup.
Apartments, houses & business spaces
Plan for the contents, not just the room count.
1-bedroom apartments
Send a furniture list and approximate box count, plus both addresses, floor numbers, elevator availability, and parking access. Packing and furniture assembly should be listed separately.
2- and 3-bedroom apartments
Include every room, balcony, storage unit, and extra stop. More belongings, limited elevator booking windows, stairs, or a longer carry can change crew time and vehicle needs.
Houses & townhouses
Include the bedroom count, garage, attic, patio, outdoor items, and any internal stairs. A lightly furnished house and a fully packed house need different plans, even with the same number of bedrooms.
Warehouses & commercial moves
Quoted by inventory and handling needs. Send photos, equipment weights and dimensions, pallet or box counts, loading-dock access, and pickup and delivery details. Specialized equipment and disconnection work must be reviewed before acceptance.
Bedroom count alone does not set a price. Your written quote confirms the inventory, locations, access, crew and vehicle plan, included tasks, and charges. Tell us about any changes before moving day so we can review them with you.
