How billing works & what to supply
How time is billed
- Billing starts when the crew begins agreed work at the first customer location and ends when that work is completed. Travel between customer locations is billable when applicable.
- After two hours, additional time rounds up to the next 15-minute block. Outbound and return crew travel are covered by the package and zone adjustment; they are not billed again.
- Crew breaks and delays caused by ASG mistakes are not billable. We explain how customer or building delays are counted before booking.
- Ordinary stairs and long carries affect estimated time; we do not add an access fee for that same work. Specialty handling, equipment or additional workers require advance approval.
- You provide the agreed packing supplies, furniture pads and tie-downs. We confirm equipment needs beforehand. Truck rental, fuel for your vehicle, driving, disposal and materials are not included.

Includes the agreed ordinary household removal, normal loading, hauling and standard disposal, with nearby parking and ground-floor access or a usable elevator. We verify photos and access before booking, then provide a fixed written price for that scope.

We never charge both an item price and a volume price for the same items. A qualifying ordinary sofa uses its item package. Mixed jobs we cannot confidently categorize require a quote.
Access and special materials
Additional stairs, long carries and dismantling are assessed before booking and approved adjustments go into the fixed written total, with no open-ended hourly meter. Concrete, tile, soil and roofing are excluded from household volume prices. Special disposal, unusual weight, restricted materials and specialty handling require review. Loading and disposal are not unlimited.
Extra items or materially different access require a revised price approved before additional work. An ASG estimating error alone does not trigger an extra charge for unchanged, accurately described scope. Accepted agreements remain honored.

We measure from our Hialeah dispatch base. For pickup and delivery, the farther address determines the zone, with one adjustment per job. ZIP codes and straight-line distance do not establish an exact fee. Travel remains pending address verification.

These are ASG service prices, not truck-rental prices. We review inventory, both addresses, access and availability before confirming your written quote.
Small furniture delivery from $225
Need a couch or another furniture item picked up? Send photos, dimensions, and both addresses. Qualifying local deliveries using our pickup truck start at $225. We’ll confirm the vehicle, access requirements, and total before you book.
- Two workers, one photo-approved ordinary item. Both addresses within 10 verified driving miles of dispatch.
- Nearby parking; ground floor or usable elevator. Dimensions, weight, securement, protection, weather and access must be reviewed.
- An eight-foot bed does not mean every item fits. Sleeper sofas, oversized sectionals, unusually heavy or delicate items, stairs, dismantling and extra pieces require review.
Dedicated enclosed-truck delivery from $395
Two workers and a dedicated rented box truck for one qualifying ordinary furniture item. Fixed written total after review, not an open-ended hourly delivery.
- One pickup and delivery; easy access. Both addresses within 10 verified driving miles of dispatch.
- Up to 30 total rental-truck miles, including rental collection and return. Loading, driving between addresses and unloading expected within one hour. One rental period and one load.
- Extra items, stairs, assembly, access difficulties, longer routes and handling are included in an approved total before booking. We explain vehicle suitability and obtain your agreement before changing a pickup-truck delivery to enclosed-truck service.
Local moving with transportation — $495 minimum
Two movers and a rented 20-foot moving truck, subject to confirmed availability. Includes up to two hours of customer service time, qualifying local transportation, normal protective wrapping, fuel and ordinary truck-rental charges. One rental period and one load.
$35 per started additional 15 minutes for the entire two-person crew ($140/hour equivalent). The full minimum applies to shorter jobs.
Both addresses within 10 verified driving miles of dispatch; no more than 30 total rental-truck miles including collection and return. Inventory, access, truck capacity and scheduling require review. This is not unlimited packing, supplies or inventory, or a promise to move an entire household for the minimum.
Moving time, route exceptions & shared-route savings
Moving time, clearly defined
Customer time begins when agreed work starts at the first customer location and ends when agreed work is completed at delivery. Loading, driving between customer locations and unloading count. Rental collection/return and outbound/return crew travel are covered by the package and any approved transportation adjustment, never also on your hourly clock.

Packing, boxes, specialty handling, extra workers, larger trucks, multiple loads or extra rental periods require an approved quote.
Route and vehicle review
Unknown distance remains pending address verification. We do not calculate exact driving fees from ZIP codes or straight-line distances. Outside these limits, send both addresses for a reviewed transportation quote. Any approved transportation adjustment accounts for the actual route once; labor-only/junk zone fees and vehicle costs are not added again.

A lower delivery price may be available only with an actual economical nearby shared route and manual ASG approval. No route or discount is guaranteed; proximity alone does not qualify. Offers do not stack. An inquiry does not reserve a date.

Larger projects
Up to 5% off · $100 maximumFor a single new booking with $1,000 or more in eligible ASG labor and service charges before discounts and tax. Outside costs do not count toward the threshold. Available to new and returning customers after scope review.
Savings come from doing the work more efficiently: an existing shared route, prepared items and easy access, a genuine available slot, a combined visit, or repeat work with less coordination and acquisition cost. Flexibility alone does not guarantee savings or availability. Any available savings are confirmed in your written quote before booking.
Clear savings. No surprises.
- Bundle pricing requires two or more services agreed before booking, performed by ASG during one coordinated same-day visit or route. Savings depend on shared travel and crew time. Extra stops, separate crews, extra trips, and specialist work may reduce or eliminate savings. Tasks already included in a service do not count as a second service.
- Returning-customer and larger-project discounts apply only to eligible ASG labor and service charges. Disposal fees, vehicle or equipment rentals, materials, fuel and travel charges, tolls, paid parking, taxes, and subcontractor or other third-party costs are excluded. We separate these costs in the quote.
- Up to 5% is the maximum rate, not a guaranteed discount on every job. We review crew hours, access, equipment, and job costs first. New package prices do not automatically qualify for NEW5, returning-customer, larger-project, bundle or promotional discounts. Discounts never stack. Accepted agreements remain honored. Any available discount and its dollar amount are confirmed in writing before booking.
- One savings arrangement per booking: a shared-route or available-slot price, a bundle price, returning-customer offer, larger-project offer, recurring-service rate, or NEW5 first-time offer. They cannot be stacked. We compare eligible options and quote the most favorable available total for the agreed work. No retroactive discounts, cash value, or combining past invoices to reach $1,000.
- Recurring pricing is reviewed for an agreed schedule and scope; it is not a permanent discount on every future job. Changes in inventory, access, dates, or services may require an updated quote. Calculator estimates remain before discounts and do not confirm eligibility.
Example: a $1,200 job with $900 in eligible ASG charges and $300 in outside costs does not meet the larger-project threshold. If the full 5% is approved, $1,500 in eligible charges saves $75; $2,000 reaches the $100 cap.
