The lower end is for smaller, fully packed inventories, easy access, and short nearby moves. A full home, a larger rental truck, longer crew time, or difficult access may cost more. We review the actual inventory and transportation needs before confirming your total; the lowest price is not guaranteed for every home of the same size.
What these ranges assume
Packed, ordinary household contents; one pickup and one delivery no more than 20 driving miles apart, with both locations within 30 driving miles of Hialeah; nearby legal parking; and ground-floor access or a reserved, working elevator. The inventory fits one appropriately sized vehicle trip. Bedroom count is only a starting point, not a minimum price or required crew. With a complete inventory, the calculator uses handling time, volume, access and distance; a lightly furnished home can fall below its bedroom guide range.
The right vehicle for your move
We plan around your inventory and parking: a pickup with a trailer or a rental moving truck when needed. The agreed vehicle cost is included in your written moving total; it is not added a second time. Your quote confirms the crew size and any furniture protection or assembly work included.
When the price can change
Stairs, long carries, elevator delays, extra stops or trips, longer distances, packing, complex disassembly, unusually heavy items, and additional inventory can take a job above its range. Tolls, paid parking, supplies, and other extras are identified in the quote. We review changes with you and obtain agreement before additional work.
Larger homes, offices & warehouses
Homes with 5 or more bedrooms, full garages, commercial inventories, and warehouse moves receive an inventory-based quote after photos or a walkthrough. Floor area alone is not a reliable budget. Send box or pallet counts, equipment weights, dock access, and both addresses. Machinery and specialist handling require review before acceptance.
Already have a U-Haul, trailer, or moving container? Book a crew to load or unload it. These rates are for the whole crew; transportation of your belongings is not included.

Only need about two hours?
Request a short-job review for one nearby location, packed items, easy access and agreed equipment. We check the actual inventory, crew, all travel and preparation time, and an available slot before offering a separate written total. A two-hour booking or lower price is not guaranteed; the standard minimum shown remains unless we approve a different quote. Your vehicle and driver are required.
How hourly billing works
The standard three-hour minimum applies unless a separate short-job quote is approved in writing. After that, time is billed in 15-minute increments. The clock runs from when the crew starts work on site until it finishes, including customer or building delays; crew breaks are not billed.
The listed travel fee covers crew travel to and from one work location within 15 driving miles of Hialeah. Longer-distance or multi-location work is quoted separately, with travel charges and any billable between-site time confirmed in writing before booking.
You provide the vehicle or container and its driver, along with the packing supplies, furniture pads, and tie-downs agreed for the job. We confirm equipment needs beforehand. Truck rental, fuel, driving, disposal, and materials are not included in these labor rates.
Tell us about stairs, heavy items, and access restrictions before booking. The crew size is agreed in advance; a third worker is not added without your approval. Specialty items and machinery require a separate review.
This is a paid removal service; we do not buy unwanted items. These ranges include a two-person crew, ordinary loading, hauling, and standard disposal for nonhazardous household junk under the stated conditions. We quote the job as a total, rather than billing these ranges per worker or per hour.

Shared-route pricing requires our confirmation. The $175–$225 planning range is only for an eligible curbside item when ASG confirms that it can share an existing nearby route with available capacity and sufficient savings to cover the job costs. The calculator keeps the dedicated-trip range until that review. Flexible scheduling alone does not guarantee route pricing. If a route cannot be shared, the dedicated curbside range applies. Sofas, mattresses, chairs, dressers and similar ordinary household items can qualify after photo review; sectionals, appliances with special disposal, unusually heavy items and restricted materials may not.

Volume, distance, access & crew
Load ranges begin with one nearby pickup within 10 driving miles of Hialeah, nearby parking, and ground-floor or working-elevator access. Pickups 10–30 miles away remain in our normal service area but the calculator accounts for added travel. One cubic yard is a space 3 feet long, 3 feet wide, and 3 feet high. Stairs, long carries, dismantling, unusually heavy items, or a necessary third worker can increase the total. We specify the crew and any additional labor or disposal charges in your quote before booking. Larger cleanouts or multiple trips receive a custom total.
Heavy debris is quoted separately
Concrete, tile, soil, roofing materials, and other dense debris are priced by material, weight, handling, and disposal—not the household volume ranges above. Safe vehicle weight limits can be reached before a trailer looks full. Tires, refrigerant appliances, paint, chemicals, and other restricted items require review; acceptance is not guaranteed. Demolition is not included.

For a single new booking with $1,000 or more in eligible ASG labor and service charges before discounts and tax. Outside costs do not count toward the threshold. Available to new and returning customers after scope review.
Savings come from doing the work more efficiently: an existing shared route, prepared items and easy access, a genuine available slot, a combined visit, or repeat work with less coordination and acquisition cost. Flexibility alone does not guarantee savings or availability. Any available savings are confirmed in your written quote before booking.
Clear savings. No surprises.
Bundle pricing requires two or more services agreed before booking, performed by ASG during one coordinated same-day visit or route. Savings depend on shared travel and crew time. Extra stops, separate crews, extra trips, and specialist work may reduce or eliminate savings. Tasks already included in a service do not count as a second service.
Returning-customer and larger-project discounts apply only to eligible ASG labor and service charges. Disposal fees, vehicle or equipment rentals, materials, fuel and travel charges, tolls, paid parking, taxes, and subcontractor or other third-party costs are excluded. We separate these costs in the quote.
Up to 5% is the maximum rate, not a guaranteed discount on every job. We review crew hours, access, equipment, and job costs first. Minimum service charges and the standard three-hour labor-only minimum remain in effect unless a separate short-job quote is approved; these offers cannot reduce the applicable minimum charges. Any available discount and its dollar amount are confirmed in writing before booking.
One savings arrangement per booking: a shared-route or available-slot price, a specially priced short job, a bundle price, returning-customer offer, larger-project offer, recurring-service rate, or NEW5 first-time offer. They cannot be stacked. We compare eligible options and quote the most favorable available total for the agreed work. No retroactive discounts, cash value, or combining past invoices to reach $1,000.
Recurring pricing is reviewed for an agreed schedule and scope; it is not a permanent discount on every future job. Changes in inventory, access, dates, or services may require an updated quote. Calculator estimates remain before discounts and do not confirm eligibility.
Example: a $1,200 job with $900 in eligible ASG charges and $300 in outside costs does not meet the larger-project threshold. If the full 5% is approved, $1,500 in eligible charges saves $75; $2,000 reaches the $100 cap.
